A WIN Eurasia stand is planned around one number you have to supply before anything is drawn: the weight of your machine and the area it sits on. A three-tonne machine bearing on half a square metre is a different engineering problem from the same three tonnes spread over four. Everything else — hall access, crane booking, installation order — follows from that figure.
WIN Eurasia 2027 runs 2–5 June 2027 at Istanbul Expo Center (İFM), Yeşilköy — the same venue as the 2026 edition. This page is written for exhibitors looking for a WIN Eurasia stand builder: machinery stands, the venue’s floor and height limits, the country pavilion route, approval and customs, and what the fair’s own figures say about who you will meet.

Machinery: the four numbers we need
| Figure | What it decides |
|---|---|
| Net weight and footprint | Whether the hall floor’s point load is exceeded and a spreader plate is needed |
| Hall door and aisle clearance | Whether the machine physically reaches your stand, and by which route |
| Connected load (kW) and phase | Panel rating; machinery needs a circuit separate from lighting |
| Compressed air, water, extraction | Whether services are ordered from the fair or a compressor sits on the stand |
The hall floors at Istanbul Expo Center are rated at 2,250 kg/m², and the foyer areas at only 500 kg/m². Put the opening example into those terms: three tonnes resting on half a square metre presses 6,000 kg/m² into the floor, more than two and a half times the hall rating, so the machine stands on a steel spreader plate sized to bring the load down. The same three tonnes over four square metres is 750 kg/m² and needs nothing. If you are offered a foyer position, decline it for anything heavy.
Two practical points that catch first-time exhibitors. First, the machine goes in before the stand walls close. Get that order wrong and a finished wall has to be dismantled and rebuilt during the setup window. Second, in-hall lifting is ordered from the fair’s contracted provider and the slots fill early in the setup period — booking late can cost you a full day.
If a running demonstration is planned, add a physical barrier at the machine’s working envelope, a marked emergency stop reachable from where your staff stand, and a separate fused circuit. Note also that Turkish fair terms commonly cap stand noise — at Automechanika Istanbul the limit is 60 dBA — so check the figure in your exhibitor manual before planning a loud demo.
Country pavilion or your own stand?
The 2026 edition ran international country pavilions, and its five largest exhibiting countries were China, Germany, Italy, Japan and Morocco. If your country organises a pavilion, you have a choice most exhibitors do not think through.
| Inside the pavilion | Independent stand | |
|---|---|---|
| Construction | Standard, built by the pavilion’s contractor | Your design, your contractor |
| Appearance | Nearly identical to your neighbours | Distinct |
| Position | Set by the pavilion organiser | You choose from available space |
| Cost | Often subsidised | Full cost, full control |
| Machinery | Limited — pavilion layouts rarely accommodate heavy exhibits | Designed around your machine |
A middle route exists and is often the right one: stay inside the national pavilion for the subsidy and the group visibility, but upgrade your own unit with a custom build. Whether that is permitted is set by your pavilion organiser, not by the fair. We have built both.
Approval, and why it is the real deadline
Turkish fair organisers review custom stand designs before construction, and the submission deadline sits well ahead of the fair. WIN Eurasia’s date is in the exhibitor service manual, which reaches you with your space contract — ask for it the day you sign. The venue’s own limits do not move: no part of a stand above 5.8 m, and a structural check for anything 4 m or taller and for every two-storey build. A machinery stand with a raised brand beam or a demonstration gantry crosses 4 m more often than its owner expects, and the reviewer will notice even if nobody else did.
You must also name the company building your stand. We prepare and submit the drawings and the technical file, including the static report where the structure requires one.
Power, compressed air and water at Istanbul Expo Center come through the venue’s authorised contractor, with requests due at least two weeks before move-in. For a machine that runs live, the connected load and the air line belong in the first drawing: the panel position and the cable route under the floor decide where the machine can stand.
Shipping machinery into Turkey
Machinery you will take home again normally travels under an ATA carnet as temporary admission. Consumables, giveaway samples and anything that stays in Turkey are not covered by the carnet and need a full export declaration. Confirm your category with your forwarder before shipping — a machine held at customs during a four-day fair cannot be recovered.
Prices
Stand construction in Turkey is quoted in the 400 – 750 EUR per m² band. Where you sit in it depends on the system, the finish and how much bespoke joinery the stand needs: a modular build sits at the lower end, a custom wooden stand with built-in furniture at the upper. Island stands add 10–20%; double-decker structures add 40–60%, including the structural report and the longer installation.
| Included in our price | Paid to the organiser |
|---|---|
| Design and 3D visuals, revised until approved | Floor space rental |
| Technical file and submission for approval | Electricity and water connections |
| Manufacturing in our own workshop | In-hall forklift, lifting and empty-case storage |
| Pre-assembly before shipping | Compulsory service and catalogue fees |
| Transport, installation and dismantling | Stand approval fee, where one is charged |
| A technician on call during the fair | — |
We quote a fixed price against an approved design, so the figure you receive is the figure you pay. If the organiser requires a change after approval, we tell you what it costs before we make it. Send your stand number, size, number of open sides and what you need to display, and you get a 3D design and a fixed quotation.

|---|---|
| Machine data: weight, footprint, kW, air, extraction | February 2027 |
| 3D design, load plan, services layout | February–March 2027 |
| Submission to the organiser | Per the manual’s deadline — do not leave it to April |

| Machine shipping and customs | May 2027 — separate from the stand |
| Installation | Within the organiser’s setup window |
One scheduling note worth knowing: Beauty İstanbul runs 3–5 June 2027 at Tüyap, overlapping WIN Eurasia almost entirely. With two large fairs building in the same week on the city’s European side, installation crews, trucks and lifting equipment are split between the venues. We plan WIN Eurasia installations with a day of slack for exactly this reason.
Frequently asked questions
When is WIN Eurasia 2027?
2–5 June 2027 at Istanbul Expo Center (İFM), Yeşilköy, Istanbul. The 2026 edition, at the same venue, drew 613 exhibitors from 16 countries and 35,692 visitors from 92 countries across 55,000 m² in six halls.
Can I display a three-tonne machine?
Usually yes. The halls are rated at 2,250 kg/m², so send the net weight and the footprint and we work out whether a spreader plate is needed and whether the machine fits the door and aisle route. Avoid foyer positions, which are rated at 500 kg/m². In-hall lifting is booked from the fair’s contracted provider and should be ordered early.
Can I run the machine during the fair?
With a physical barrier at the working envelope, a marked emergency stop and a separate fused circuit. Check the noise limit in your exhibitor manual before planning a loud demonstration — Turkish fairs commonly cap stand noise.
I am in my country’s pavilion. Can I still have a custom stand?
In many cases yes — you keep the subsidy and group position but upgrade your own unit. Whether it is permitted is decided by your pavilion organiser rather than the fair. We handle the design and build either way.
How early should I start?
For a machinery stand, 14–16 weeks. The binding date is the organiser’s design approval deadline, not our production schedule, and machine shipping is a separate workstream that needs its own lead time.
Creostand is an exhibition stand builder in Istanbul: we design, manufacture in our own workshop in Esenyurt — about 35 minutes from Istanbul Expo Center — and install on site. For other fairs and dates, see our Istanbul exhibition calendar.
