Tell us the fair, your stand size and what you need to display. You get a 3D design and a fixed quotation. We reply in English, German, Russian or Turkish.

What to send with your enquiry

1. Fair name and dates — plus your hall and stand number if the organiser has already allocated them.
2. Stand size and number of open sides — for example 3×4 m corner, or 8×10 m island.
3. What you are displaying. For machinery, send the net weight, the footprint and the connected load in kW; those three numbers decide the whole layout.
4. What the stand has to contain — meeting tables, closed meeting room, storage, kitchen or tasting counter, screens, product shelving.
5. Your deadline. If the organiser’s design approval date is close, say so. We will tell you honestly which stand types still fit rather than promise a date we cannot hold.

Where we are

Our design office and workshop are in Esenyurt, Istanbul — roughly 25 minutes from Tüyap Fair and Congress Centre and 35 minutes from Istanbul Expo Center (İFM), the two venues that host most international fairs in Turkey.

You are welcome to visit before you commit. Most of what separates a stand that goes up cleanly from one that does not happens in the workshop, not in the hall — we build every stand once here before it ships.

Before you write

One thing worth checking first: if you have booked raw space, your fair almost certainly requires the stand design to be submitted and approved in advance, and requires you to name your stand contractor. At Automechanika Istanbul that deadline is two months before the fair. Find the date in your exhibitor service manual and send it to us with your enquiry — it is the date everything else is planned backwards from.
