Growtech is held in Antalya, not Istanbul, and that changes the first question. In Antalya the stand has to travel, the crew has to stay, and anything forgotten cannot be fetched from the workshop in an afternoon. The second question is the calendar: the 2026 edition opens in a few weeks, which is enough time for a well-made system stand and not for a custom build.
Growtech 2026, the 25th edition, runs 24–27 November 2026 at ANFAŞ Expo Center, Antalya. The 2027 edition is listed on Türkiye’s official fair calendar for 23–26 November 2027; the organiser has not yet announced it. This page is written for exhibitors looking for a Growtech stand builder: what is realistic for 2026, live plants and equipment on the stand, the organiser’s rules for space-only stands, and prices.

What is realistic for November 2026
With about four and a half weeks to the opening, a custom-built timber stand is a risky plan: design, approval, manufacture and a truck to Antalya leave no margin. A system stand fits the time. Modular frames and our Maxima system take custom graphics, lighting, shelving and a meeting area, and they are built from stock rather than from scratch. For the 2027 edition there is time for anything, and the planning starts in the spring.
One date to note if you are exhibiting in 2026: the organiser’s Better Stands programme, which encourages reusable or recyclable stands, has a booking deadline of 6 November 2026.
Living plants and working equipment
Seed companies and growers bring living plants, and living plants on a four-day stand need care that a normal stand does not provide:
- Light they can live under. Exhibition halls are dim for plants. Grow lights, or at least strong full-spectrum display lighting, keep foliage looking fresh by day four.
- Water and a floor that tolerates it. Watering on a carpeted platform stains and smells. We build trays and sealed platform surfaces under plant displays and keep the cabling out of the wet zone.
- Irrigation that actually runs. A drip or sprinkler demonstration needs a water supply and somewhere for the water to go. Tell the organiser about it early — exhibitors are asked to declare the equipment they bring.
- Heavy machinery. ANFAŞ does not publish floor-load figures, so tractors, sprayers and greenhouse structures are cleared with the organiser before the stand is designed around them.
The organiser’s rules for space-only stands
Growtech’s own description of space-only participation is short and binding: an empty floor, a contractor you appoint, a stand plan submitted for approval and audited, and build-up and breakdown that you supervise. The exhibitor manual sits behind the organiser’s login-only exhibitor portal. We prepare the plan, submit it, follow the audit, and supervise the build and the breakdown on your behalf — which matters more in Antalya than in Istanbul, because your own team may not arrive until the day before opening.
Getting the stand and the exhibits to Antalya
We manufacture and pre-assemble in our Istanbul workshop and send the stand to Antalya by truck, timed to arrive for the start of build-up. Your exhibits travel separately: machinery and equipment that return home can go under an ATA carnet, while seed, plant material and anything handed out or sold need a full export declaration — and plant material usually needs phytosanitary documents as well. Confirm the requirements with your forwarder before you ship.

Our band for a custom stand is 400 – 750 EUR per m², quoted as a fixed price in EUR against an approved design; system stands sit at the lower end. Island stands add 10–20%; double-decker structures add 40–60%, including the structural report and the longer installation. Transport to Antalya is part of the quotation, not an extra.

Frequently asked questions
When is Growtech?
The 25th edition runs 24–27 November 2026 at ANFAŞ Expo Center, Antalya. The official calendar lists the 2027 edition for 23–26 November 2027; the organiser has not yet confirmed it.
Can you still build a stand for November 2026?
Yes, as a system stand with custom graphics and lighting. A fully custom timber build would leave no margin in the time left.
Do you build in Antalya, or only in Istanbul?
We build at ANFAŞ as well as at the Istanbul venues. The stand is made in our Istanbul workshop and trucked to Antalya, and our own crew installs it.
Can I bring living plants?
Yes. Plan light, water and a sealed floor for them, declare any irrigation or equipment to the organiser, and check the phytosanitary documents with your forwarder.
Creostand is an exhibition stand builder in Istanbul: we design and manufacture in our own workshop in Esenyurt and install at the Istanbul venues and at ANFAŞ in Antalya. For other fairs and dates, see our Istanbul exhibition calendar.
