Before you book anything, check your dates. Two different sets are in circulation for Tube Eurasia and wire Eurasia 2027: 7–10 April 2027, which is what Messe Düsseldorf’s own event register, Tüyap’s master fair calendar and the German Pavilion programme all carry — and a late-April set that still appears on some fair pages and directories. The April date is also the one that does not clash with RePlast Eurasia, which occupies the Tüyap halls at the end of that month. Confirm it in writing with your organiser contact before you commit to freight.
Tube Eurasia and wire Eurasia run together at Tüyap Fair and Congress Centre, Büyükçekmece. This page is written for exhibitors looking for a Tube Eurasia or wire Eurasia stand builder: heavy machinery on the stand, the German Pavilion route, approval, customs, and prices.

| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Dates | 7–10 April 2027 — see the note above |
| Venue | Tüyap Fair and Congress Centre, Büyükçekmece, Istanbul |
| Frequency | Every two years |
| Structure | Two separately branded fairs, same dates, same halls, one combined floor |
| Licensed from | Messe Düsseldorf’s Tube and wire brands, run with Tüyap |
| Exhibitors (2025) | 474 companies across both fairs |
| Halls (2025) | 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 |
| German Pavilion | Official, state-supported, confirmed for the 2027 edition |
Worth knowing: the two fairs are not separated by hall. Tube and wire exhibitors sit alongside each other across Halls 4 to 8, so your immediate neighbours may be in a different fair with a completely different stand budget. Design for the aisle, not for the brand you booked under.
The German Pavilion, and whether you want to be in it
Germany runs an official, state-supported pavilion at this fair under the federal foreign trade fair programme, implemented by Messe Düsseldorf with the German wire and cable machinery association. At the 2025 edition there were two of them — one on the wire side and one on the tube side — and the 2025 wire pavilion held more than twenty companies in Hall 8. A pavilion for the 2027 edition is already in the federal programme, with applications closing in early November 2026.
| Inside the pavilion | Independent stand | |
|---|---|---|
| Construction | Standard units built by the pavilion’s contractor | Your design, your contractor |
| Appearance | Close to identical to your neighbours | Distinct |
| Position | Set by the pavilion organiser | You choose from available space |
| Cost | Subsidised under the federal programme | Full cost, full control |
| Machinery | Limited — pavilion units rarely accommodate a heavy machine | Designed around your machine |
| Deadline | Early November 2026 for the 2027 edition | The organiser’s own design deadline |
If your exhibit is a bending press, a tube mill or a drawing line, the pavilion’s standard unit is usually the wrong container for it and an independent stand is the realistic route. If your exhibit is tooling, dies, lubricant, gauging or software, the pavilion works well and the subsidy is real. Some companies do both over successive editions. Whether a custom upgrade inside the pavilion is permitted is decided by the pavilion organiser, not by Tüyap.
Machinery: what Tüyap’s rules mean for you
Exhibitors at the 2025 edition registered pipe bending presses, three- and four-roll bending machines, tube mill lines, high-frequency welders, automatic cold saws, rotary swaging machines, wire reducers, double-twist bunching machines, drawing capstans and tooling, inline profiling units and flat wire coils. That is dense, heavy, awkward freight, and it runs into three published Tüyap rules:
| Rule | Figure |
|---|---|
| Floor load, Halls 1–10 | 5 tonnes/m² |
| Floor load, Halls 11, 12, 11A, 12A | 3 tonnes/m² |
| Electrical supply | A stand at 10 kW or more cannot be split across multiple supply lines |
| Project approval | Architect up to 4 m; SİM-certified civil engineer over 4 m and for all two-storey stands |
| Work inside the hall | No cutting, welding, painting or plastering; nothing drilled into floors or walls |
| Open sides | At least 40% of each aisle-facing side left open |
Two practical consequences. First, the machine goes in before the walls close — plan the route, the hall door and the arrival day, then build the stand sequence around it. Second, because nothing can be cut or welded in the hall, the stand has to arrive finished. We pre-assemble in our Esenyurt workshop and check it before it ships.
A coil of flat wire or a stack of tube is a concentrated point load even when the total weight looks modest. Send the weight and the bearing area together, not the weight alone, and we will check the figure against your hall and put a spreader plate under anything that needs one.
Approval and the named constructor
Nobody builds on raw space in Turkey without clearance. You declare your constructor to the organiser, the drawings go in, and construction waits for the answer. Tüyap publishes no calendar date for this fair; the deadline reaches you inside the exhibitor handbook, which lives behind the MyTüyap portal and is released once your contract is signed. Ask for your portal access immediately — for comparison, Automechanika Istanbul, which does publish its terms, wants drawings two months before opening.
Then there is the step that trips up exhibitors arriving from Germany or Italy, where an electronic submission ends the matter. Here it does not. After the project is uploaded to the decorator portal, a signed and stamped paper copy has to be carried to the Tüyap technical office in person before anyone may start installing. We make both deliveries, and we commission the SİM-certified engineer and the static report whenever the structure calls for them.
Shipping machinery into Turkey
Machinery you will take home again normally travels under an ATA carnet as temporary admission. Wire, tube, strip and coil you cut, consume or give away as samples, along with lubricant and consumables, are not covered and need a full export declaration. Mixing these up is the most common reason goods are held at the border. Confirm the categories with your forwarder in writing before shipping.
Prices
| Included in our price | Paid to the organiser |
|---|---|
| Design and 3D visuals, revised until approved | Floor space rental |
| Technical file, electrical project and submission | Electricity, water and compressed-air connections |
| Manufacturing in our own workshop | In-hall forklift, lifting and empty-case storage |
| Pre-assembly before shipping | Compulsory service and catalogue fees |
| Transport, installation and dismantling | Static control fee, where one is charged |
| A technician on call during the fair |
Our band for a custom stand is 400 – 750 EUR per m², quoted as a fixed price in EUR against an approved design, so the figure you receive is the figure you pay. Island stands add 10–20%; double-decker structures add 40–60%, including the steel structure, the static report and the longer installation. If the organiser requires a change after approval, we tell you what it costs before we make it.
Send your hall and stand number, size, number of open sides and your machine’s weight, bearing area and connected load, and you get a 3D design and a fixed quotation.

Frequently asked questions
When are Tube Eurasia and wire Eurasia 2027?
7–10 April 2027 at Tüyap Fair and Congress Centre, Büyükçekmece, according to Messe Düsseldorf’s event register, Tüyap’s master calendar and the German Pavilion programme. A late-April date still appears in some listings. Confirm in writing with your organiser contact before booking freight or travel.
Are they one fair or two?
Two separately branded fairs that always run on the same dates at the same venue and share the same halls. You book under one brand but exhibit on one combined floor.
How heavy a machine can I bring?
Tüyap’s published limits are 5 tonnes/m² in Halls 1–10 and 3 tonnes/m² in Halls 11, 12, 11A and 12A. Send the net weight and the bearing area — a dense machine or a coil stack on a small base can exceed the limit locally even when the average looks safe.
I am in the German Pavilion. Can I still have a custom stand?
Sometimes. Whether a custom build inside the pavilion is permitted is decided by the pavilion organiser rather than by Tüyap. If your exhibit is a machine rather than tooling or software, an independent stand is usually the more practical route — we build both.
Can I assemble or weld part of my stand on site?
No. Tüyap prohibits cutting, welding, painting and plastering inside the hall, and nothing may be drilled into floors or walls. Everything arrives finished, which is why we build the stand once in our workshop and check it before it ships.
Creostand is an exhibition stand builder in Istanbul: we design, manufacture in our own workshop in Esenyurt — about 25 minutes from Tüyap — and install on site. For other fairs and dates, see our Istanbul exhibition calendar.
